Adventures All Around You
Both the mountains and the city of Ajo derive their names from the Spanish word for garlic. Restaurants, museums, outdoors activities, and photo opportunities beckon from every direction.
Swimming, boating, and fishing are calling your name from the crystal blue waters of Puerto Peñasco. Bigger cites, sweeping desert vistas, and entry to Mexico are all easily accessible from Interstate 85.
So much to see and do.
Simply the best, thank you for the best 8 winters of our lives.
Where this one really stands out is the landscaping – a lot of thought and work went into it. Makes for a super nice place to stay.
Clean, quiet and well-run park. Ajo is a fun, artsy and rural small town in the midst of a beautiful desert with many things to see. People are friendly. Will definitely be back next year!
This little RV Park is clean, neat and has great spots for all RVs. Good dog runs and birds galore. There are even javelinas in the night. Perfect stop before Mexico. There are good restaurants and a laundromat close by.
